La Poste Tracking

It seems that the system is not tracking properly. My registered letter arrived in Paris on the 20th Feb and no information is available whether the letter left the arrival centre for delivery.

Hola el día 13 de marzo dejaron en un punto postal unos repuestos para mi moto el cual ya tendrían que estar acá pero no me llegan nunca y me figura como en tránsito siempre es mi primera compra x este medio alguien puede explicarme a que se deve que siempre esta en transito
