Long waiting
You pay for 7 to 10 days delivery and still hasn't come after 15 days. And they telling me that is still on Transit.

I can't believe that it's not the norm for packages to be delivered to the receiver (AND NOT AT THE NEIGHBORS). Pay 1 Euro extra they say for a normal service. Since when do our letters and packages get delivered to anyone else than the recipient itself? Totally unacceptable. PostNL, DELIVER PACKAGES TO THE BLOODY RECIPIENT AND MAKE THAT THE NORM! Package is simply lost, thank you PostNL, Royal P.O.S. This is the result of privatization, companies trying to find ways to make a quick extra Euro instead of delivering standard quality service.
Still nothing received
When purchasing it says it will take 7 to 10 days to receive parcels. It's been 36days in transit and still NOTHING. No contact details. Rubbish delivery company
what about my post customer is waiting for document that is very important for us, what the status to post requested to update status its very urgent
lack of shipping information (approximate delivery date) during purchasing the item.
Absolutely terrible
This company is terrible. They can’t tell me wheee my parcel is only that it’s been sent to Uk and they don’t even know which courier it will be passed too. Not expecting to receive my parcel. It’s disgraceful
