TNT restored my faith in people. We applied for my child’s first passport on the 9th February because we need it for summer. Unfortunately, my father-in-law passed away suddenly and we were trying to get it sooner so that we could go to Poland for a funeral. I called both passport and TNT countless times and to make a long story short, it arrived today morning with “critical” note for the driver. I don’t know the lady’s name who spoke to me yesterday but THANK YOU. You are an angel!
Still awaiting passport after 10days in depot. Excuses about driver shortages and anything else. Rang up several times. They say it’s out for delivery 08.00 to 20.00 hours but each time never arrives. Told me that they contacted the driver and it would be delivered 1530-16.30 and this is lies as they are unable to speak to their drivers!! So they are happy to lie to customers. Unbelievable how this shoddy outfit ever got such an important contract to deliver passports. The contract should be stripped away from them straight away and given to Royal Mail. I don’t know if I am ever going to get the passport, or if I shall be able to book any holidays this year.
Delivery never arrived with zero communication. Contacting them takes a decade....trash service. NEVER AGAIN

I was so worried about receiving delivery of our childs fast track passport, especially after reading all the terrible reviews below. I need not have worried at all. Fast track appointment Wednesday morning, brand new passport in my hand by 11 am Friday morning, thanks to TNT! Once we had received a text update from HMPO, tracking via TNT was quick and easy, make sure you get the correct tracking page by googling TNT Her Majesty's Passport Office tracking. We received regular updates and they have saved our holiday, cannot thank TNT enough.
Never again! Unfortunately didn’t have a choice but had to use this. Supposed to get my delivery at 5pm but at 8.30 pm I get a mail saying they missed our delivery date. Then 5minutes after, a mail claiming I wasn’t available to collect the parcel. Bullshit!!!! No note, no call or message from TNT delivery guys. ABSOLUTELY SUCKS

Forgot to ask the delivery driver his name but he delivered to Kensington, Vic 3031 today 2nd Nov at approx. 10.30am. My intercom only works one way atm, so I can hear the buzz but people can\'t hear me, so I have to race downstairs. Even though I informed tnt of this issue the driver was not aware. However he buzzed forever and was still downstairs when I got there and took my large box up to my apt for me. I have had poor service from Star Track and Toll whose drivers buzz once and I have had to run to their truck as by the time I got downstairs they had already loaded up my package back into their truck. Fyi Body corp won\'t fix the intercom atm.

TNT have been absolutely fantastic. After a stressful experience trying to locate my passport and arrange a delivery in time for a flight, I found two of your staff extremely helpful. Julie and Lindsey kept me informed at each stage of the process and did their best to contact the depot to arrange a next day delivery for my passport. I have now made my flight and I have them to thank. Great work
