I sell my artwork online to all over the world and thought I would give TNT Express a go. NEVER again! Normally it takes under a week to get to its destination ... 3 weeks later, I see that it is still at a depot and that the packaging has been damaged, so been repackaged. WTF?!!! It had FRAGILE all over in PAINTED RED LETTERS THAT NO ONE CAN MISS! Why was it damaged? Numerous messages and still no response. More than likely, the buyer won't even want the painting now that it has taken so long so not only many hundreds of dollars out of pocket for the shipping but also over a thousand dollars lost in sales. NEVER AGAIN TNT!!!
Tracking says I was not at home at delivery. Under a quarantine where the hell I would have been? They did not try to deliver it again since and it’s been reported they left a message which they absolutely didn’t, not on phone, not in postbox, not in email, just nothing at all! Two dogs and five of us at home literally all the time! For weeks I’m waiting for my parcel and apparently they did “deliver” it like a week ago! Come on just at least try to really get it to me!
TNT provides you a really bad service. They don’t deliver after working hours, they don’t have a pickup point and they don’t give you an estimated time of delivery….so if you work from 9 to 5.30 GOOD LUCK GETTING YOUR PARCEL
They didn't do anything they were supposed to. I ended up waiting many days at home (the whole day!) and they never delivered, this happened many times even though we set a date on the phone. Then they returned the parcel to the sender. I had to pay so much money for nothing at all.
Very disappointed with service , quality due to change goal post on delivery date which was committed while pick up the consignment in Germany on 4th June for delivery to our Johore plant on 7th June before 18.00 hrs. Despite Goods 1.2 gross weight consignment reach Singapore Changi airport on 5th June late Evening , can not accept late delivery on 10th June at Out Johore plant.
Notre colis est arrivé le 25 de Chine. Le livreur a appelé le matin sur mon téléphone mobile et je lui ai donné le code de l'immeuble pour que la livraison soit effectuée dans la matinée. Mais le livreur n'est pas passé il prétend être passé dans l'après midi, ce qui est faux. Depuis il prétend ne pas avoir la bonne adresse!!! Mais, depuis quatre jours il n'a jamais appelé. Pour quelle raison?
Une deuxième adresse a été fournie ce matin (29 mars) et je ne sais pas à quelle adresse TNT va faire la livraison et à quelle date. J'espère que le colis sera en bon état. Ce n'est pas la première fois que les prestation de la TNT sont mauvaises (le livreur ne comprenait pas le français et s'était perdu dans Paris!!!). La compagnie devrait changer les livreurs incompétents. Car l'image qu'elle donne aux clients et catastrophiques. Du moins pour Paris.
Incompetent drivers who’s best skill is inserting “sorry we missed you” cards into letter boxes. They don’t even try to get the package out so non delivery is a must. Customer service means nothing. Then comes the lost package and pointless follow up calls and emails and no compensation. Before ordering from anybody find out if TNT couriers are to be used and cancel order or else things will end badly. Those positive reviews are obviously their employee’s. Avoid like the plaque.
I have no idea who the 'positive' reviews are talking about!!Posted a parcel with them on the Tuesday & received all the receipts, confirmations etc. and, of course, I paid. Late on the Friday afternoon, I received an email from them asking me for the address & contact number of the addressee (all of which, of course, appeared on their own documentation, labels etc.) and telling me at the same time that they could not deliver at that address (which they had and did not have…). They then ‘advised’ me that, as they could not deliver, I would incur extra charges to have the parcel returned!!! They then demanded ‘response within 1 day’ (having taken 4 days themselves to contact me). It was so outrageous an email I was convinced that it was a scam until I checked the email address. I have yet, of course, to receive a response or update from them. Would not trust these clowns with anything at all, so avoid: they are not the cheapest but are definitely the worst courier I have ever dealt with!!! I wish I’d read the reviews before using them
This would have to be the most incompetent delivery company in Australia.
Our parcel arrived from China to Australia in three days and has spent the last 14 days traveling around Victoria from Melbourne/Geelong/Ballarat depots and is still undelivered.The excuses are unbelievable such as incorrect address and that Geelong depot does not deliver to our area which is absolutely ridiculous since we had a previous delivery from the same company in China, same address and your delivery service just a few weeks ago without a problem and within 6 days.Someone, somewhere is not doing their job.This needs urgent attention.
