USPS kept me in the dark concerning my package, which was delayed by two days. The status remained the same, and the support was not helping that much. A friend suggested this website, and I’m glad I tried it out. Immediately after entering my tracking number, I learned why the package was delayed and the adjusted expected time of arrival. Truly a lifesaver!

I loved using TrackingMore to track my USPS packages. The updates were on point and timely, so it was stress-free. It's nice to see such detailed tracking information. If USPS could provide more updates during transit, that would be perfect. But I’m pleased with the service and how it works with TrackingMore.

My local carrier is great. The problem with usps..is other distribution centers of theirs. Why would my pkgs go from Los Angeles, Cali to Anchorage Alaska?? When destination is in northern California. Pkgs going unnecessarily out of the path of intended destination makes no sense. This is becoming quite common. My pkgs were scheduled to arrive Dec 11! Now all I know is they left that distribution center at midnight Dec 12. Now I'm just hoping they arrive and before Christmas would be nice.

Yesterday, March 24, 2023, I talked to the USPS representative about my problem. Her name is Raxa. She was incredible, so knowledgeable, so patient and understanding.
