Worst Bad service ever. Sent from USA and then withheld by bpost because they want to know everything about origin, invoices, proof, manufacture and why we send the USA and do not purchase it in Belgium? Where's the privacy? This is your own matetiall that has been left behind and is less than 2 years old! Belgium is becoming more and more a communist country with a lot of corruption! What kind of country is this! Communists, a country that accept and follow the sharia law!,
After seeing all the negative reviews I got scared for a moment. Bpost delivered the package in United States in 6 days, it took Banggood 2 weeks to deliver it to Bpost. The delay is caused by Banggood and the 2 weeks of delivery from China to Belgium in which we have no news where our package is.
For the third time, Bpost has lost a package, either as myself as the sender or myself as the recipient.
The first two times, I received, as "compensation", reimbursement for the mailing cost, but absolutely NOTHING for the item itself, valued at more than 10 times the mailing cost.
The third time is even worst, because I am the recipient. According to Bpost, as the recipient, I am not entitled to complain. Only the sender can!!!
Now I have to cross my fingers that the sender will agree to waste his time to complain. He has been paid in full and so I have to depend on his good will.
Bpost has also lost 4 cheques valued at more than 1,000 USD, sent by registered mail. The cheques could not be reissued and Bpost declined responsibility, even though i sent them by registered mail. According to Bpost, sending by registered mail guarantees arrival at the postal services of the country of destination, not the actual destination. Since were sent to an address in New York, I was supposed to complain to the postal services of New York!!!
Of course, I never received an answer.
PS: I did not want to give any stars, but had to give at least one to be able to post my opinion.
so when your package is getting delivered they give you the oppertunity to chose a safe place to deliver.
i did, I selected GARAGE
i even send a picture with it from my garage.
the reply is a mail saying i have to wait till next day delivery to bpost cause my garage wassn't available.
the G-garage doesn't lock!
i get this bs excuse that they are not allowed to open the garage door.
I SELECT garage THIS AUTOMATICLY ALLOWS YOU TO ENTER.
i also gave my phone number wich didn't got called,
it's not an obligation so they say.
to call bpost and get an employe is maybe 1 optoin out of 14 selections all so you don't have to speak to the angry costumer.
even your site doesn't allow to call someone easy, or give feedback cause YOU KNOW YOU SUCK..
the person who was tasked the delivery was already home less then an houre after the failed delivery to me.
you are all FUcking LAZY
if one day i have to fix your car i will not start for 2 days cause i can't open the door without permission, and when it's finally finnished i won't call.
cause that is NOT my job.
