none of my neighbors have it, nor did you give me a letter to pick things up. I'm highly disappointed. I've waited months for this package for nothing. 2020 is just the worse year. Bpost more like Fpost. Bpost more no-post.
Ik probeer al een maand een business contract aan te maken ze beloven je dat ze actie gaan ondernemen maar dat doen ze niet ik snap niet wat de werknemers doen op hun "werk" ze zijn heel onprofessioneel en helpen niet verder. Ik heb uiteindelijk voor een andere logistiek gekozen waar ze me direct bij helpen maar bpost raad ik niemand aan voor mee samen te werken... Amateurs
One month ago Bpost lost my package containing 2 irreplaceable items.
I payed almost €1000,- for these items and now it is lost along with my money. You guys are really worthless evil people that you think you can go about your business like that. This is stealing and theft and a police report is being made. I will not let this slide that easy.
FIND AND DELIVER MY PACKAGE !!!!
Registered mail to the Nordic countries, count somewhere between 30 & 75 days for the letters to leave Belgium....... then no problems. 5 shipments between Dec-19 and Aug-20 is the sample. One of them have been sitting in Belgium since start of August and counting the days.......
So I bought something from the UK (I’m from america) and it said everything was good until today, the day it was supposed to be delivered, it said that it was returned to sender. Don’t waste your time with this company, I paid $30 dollars for shipping and it didn’t even get to me! What a ridiculous company!
I have been waiting for three weeks for (1) some crucial books (needed for an exam) (2) birthday cards. One of the latter was returned to sender with the message (in French, although the sender is in Flanders) "this person does not accept mail at this address anymore," which is nonsense.
More annoyingly, the bpost website provides NO indication as to where you can address your questions or complaints.
So, what is a customer to do?
Simply avoid BPOST. Use any other door to door shipper rather than Bpost. It will be delayed for ever or not get to you. But check as well that the other shipping company delivers door to door as otherwise it'll be handed over to Bpost for local delivery and you're still snookered... An example is DHL. They are great for the German or international part but hand it over to Bpost for local delivery. Once that happens performance goes from good to poor or worse. I tend to use Post.nl. It simply arrives and is continuously tracked.
We have been in Brussels for 2 months now and Bpost managed to lose 60% of our online purchases. No explanation given and no complaints system in place. Two other Parcels sent by my parents from Italy were stopped at customs for 9 days and then laid in the sorting warehouse for another week. Absolute disgrace of a service and to be avoided at all costs. On the plus side I have stopped ordering online so I’m saving money. They don’t deserve even one star and frankly I cannot understand how they can be so bad...
In addition to the message below, all post that post.nl (Dutch post) handles in Belgium is spot on. Tracking is accurate and delivery is accurate. When Bpost is involved tracking is inaccurate, delivery is delayed or sometimes lost. How could they get it so wrong?? It is beyond comprehension to see the difference between Bpost and Post.NL/DHL.
After seeing all the bad review here I had to make my review for some outblance as my experience has been good.
Especially I had a good experience with Bpost when ordering stuff online. They even send you a mail when it would be expected to arrive when the good has been sorted.
