After taking off 4 days of work to be home during the scheduled appointment and talking to their before each delivery, with their assurance it would be delivered to be here none of the 4 deliveries actually happened. Finally they told me they don’t deliver in my city and they shipped the package out to a different shipping company today. There was never any phone calls or emails saying why this wasn’t delivered. At this point I am just fighting to get my money back and call it a loss of all the time I spent waiting for this package. If I ever see a shipment coming from this company again I will cancel it immediately.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE I ordered a slide on Amazon, to be delivered by Ceva Logistics. I received a 4 hour window for delivery during which i had to sit at home and wait for delivery. No delivery, no phone call, and no email. I was on hold for one hour on their "" number before giving up. Frankly, i don't believe that Ceva actually has any representatives. Their website is terrible, e.g., it will not show or update delivery times on the day of delivery. Finally, later in the day, from Amazon (not CEVA) i found out that the delivery has delayed by 11 days!!! We canceled the Amazon order which, fortunately, was easy. I tried to provide Ceva feedback on the customer feedback form and even this form is impossible to use. No matter how you fill it out, you cannot successfully click Send. From now on, if Amazon is shipping with Ceva, we will cancel the order and buy from Walmart!!!. Our Ceva order number was AZN0933062.

This is by far the worst logistics experience I have ever had. They lost the first shipment. They only delivered two of three boxes in the replacement shipment. They lied. They did not answer their phone. They scheduled a delivery and didn't show up or call to inform me. They are AWFUL. Terrible. (I'm specifically talking about the Ceva Logistics location in Mt. Juliet, TN.) When the third box finally arrived, it had clearly been dropped and the item inside had been bent so badly as to be unusable. I will NEVER, NEVER, NEVER use any company that uses Ceva Logistics. Horrible people. Horrible service. I can't believe they are still in business.

I believe that the problem with them is worldwide. From the reviews and my own experience, the entire company does not value clearly because they are a third party shipping company and they get paid regardless because they have contracts with Amazon, Overstock, etc. They leave it to those companies to handle the mess they have created! Plain and simple.

My patio furniture was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday has been rescheduled twice -- once because they lost the order and they didn't have a driver and again because they claimed they didn't have a driver. I don't know if I'll ever get the order. Avoid them at all costs.

What do you call a logistics company that can't handle logistics? CEVA apparently. Waiting weeks for a product, received a notification to schedule a delivery appointment, only to receive a call the day of that they haven't even got the product ready to deliver yet. What the hell was the appointment for? They didn't even know they weren't ready to deliver it? Pathetic.

This is the worst shipping company ever! I ordered a couch through Overstock (NEVER AGAIN) they used CEVA Shipping and Lo and behold I live in Las Vegas and my package went to Rhode Island? How is that possible? The only reason that I found out my couch went to Rhode Island is because my entire information was on the packing slip. Thankfully the lady my couch went to is a honest person I contacted overstock, and they said that it takes three days for CEVA to get back to them because they only respond via email. Long story short, the couch is still sitting in the customers garage and this was two months ago July 6. By the reviews already given to this company, I don't understand why they're still in business.To top it off, a signature was required and they didn't get any, they just dropped ithe box off and left. Shame on them.

They have had my TV for a month I’ve missed 3 days of work and won’t answer and when they do answer they don’t know a thing! This is the most fakest garbage delivery service I’ve ever had to deal with come like we are paying for something that they have stone or !! GARBAGE

Swing set for my 4 year old was ordered on 6/5. We received a delivery date of 6/28. Stayed home from 6am-6pm and no delivery. Mind you, I received 2 messages confirming 6/28 as the delivery date. On the 29th(my kid’s bday)Amazon got Ceva on the line and Brian was horrible. Sounded like he was just waking up from a nap. Their admin definitely needs to wake up so they can get their jobs done. My line of questioning pissed him off so I said fine, I asked the rep from Amazon to put the $1200 back on my card and told Brian to make sure you tell Amazon they lost their sale because of your company’s bs. I’ll definitely find out who the shipping company is when I purchase another large item because I’m not dealing with this joke of a company again. Giving 1 star only because I had to in order to send the review.

I'm on my last straw with them.. supposedly amazon is creating a trouble ticket so I never have to deal with shit ceva again..profit over sad.. their tracking never updates.. they don't call back, they don't leave messages or email..its bs

Same. I bought my elderly father a new couch for his new place and wanted to set it up and surprise him but no couch. It said delivered but it was delivered alright to MIDDLETON, RHODE ISLAND and I live in North Las Vegas. Overstock couldn't get ahold of them supposedly. We are in September and this was July 6th. The customer still has the couch! Ridulous!

With SO many terrible reviews, I had to share my experience. Delivery was during the beginning of the expected delivery window. I was called 30 minutes prior per my request as well. The drivers were so friendly, pleasant and helpful! A surprisingly fantastic experience given all of the reviews I read while waiting for our delivery. I wish I could review the drivers specifically because they were truly wonderful!!!!!!

They can't keep their own tracking system up to date, don't deliver when they say they will. Things apparently that are damaged sit in their s and don't move so you never know what happened to your item and the company you ordered from can't resend because they think the item is still routed to you. All you do is wait. These folks are awful!

I requested them to deliver the package near by side entrance instead of front. The delivery guy did not even listen to my request and he just kept the package and left. He was so rude and unprofessional. Please train your delivery guys - how to respond to customers. Pathetic service.

They have had my furniture delivery from Frontgate for over 1 month, they have not accepted any responsibility or can provide me with a status. They are awful and do not deliver!
