They have idiots working for them. They stated a package was in Oklahoma city when it was not. They send an email stating the package would be delivered on Monday 25 April between 8 and 21 hours. It is the 27th and still no package.
I have NEVER in my entire life dealt with such an awful company! I’m only using 5 stars because apparently they don’t post anything other than that? It has taken ME calling them to schedule a delivery. They never reached out via phone or email when they got my furniture. It was supposed to be here 3/28/22 and finally after reaching out to the company I bought it from, they told me to contact CEVA. The person I spoke with was rude and told me that I had to be home AND LET THEM DELIVER MY PATIO FURNITURE INSIDE MY HOUSE. Wtf, I have NEVER had that kind of requirement! I have since had it scheduled twice more to be delivered and they even give me a time frame but then never show up and tracking shows it’s still sitting in Nashville. I am soooo fed up. I do NOT recommend them for anything.
5 STAR REVIEW FOR BAD SERVICE TV ordered, supposed to take 6 days to deliver. Has been sitting in Columbus for 6 days and now we have to call a local FL number to schedule delivery. Don't understand the problem. BTW, the 4 "good" 5 star reviews below are apparently from the same person - only minutes apart on same date in 2019 with same heading, same wording. Will advise BJ's NOT to use this company. Just about to cancel order and go to Walmart.
This company is so bad, so painfully bad, amateur clowns running this company. Break everything and can't get logistics right in their own computer system. Just ridiculous! by the way, they only let you submit a comment if it's 5 stars! just read all comments and notice that all 5 stars reviews are negative. Costco, please drop them!
Broke all my 1st shipment of toilets and shower doors from Costco, then another shipped it to another state on a bogus address! Since those items were already sold out at Costco (guess who broke them all..), I had to re-order another model for shower doors that were more expensive. Then on the second shipment attempt emailed me saying the delivery would at the date I scheduled (the following week), BUT on same email said it was out for delivery right now. Called them (almost impossible to find their number-not listed in email or their own website) and they said "Oh, yes we scheduled delivery on your chosen date, but since we had in hand early we decided to deliver today (without letting you know or giving any heads up!).. This company is such a joke! Called Costco Concierge and they said they know about the track record of this company and that it will be up to corporate, but he doesn't see this company being in business any longer.. Really, things break, I get it, but if they can't even get their addresses, schedules, the whole "logistics" part right. What type of business are they in?!?
Oggi 24/03/2022 mi e' stato consegnato da incaricati della Ceva Logistic un forno da incasso comprato alla MediaWord. Questi incaticati di origini asiatiche sono stati MALEDUCATI E PREPOTENTI, non volevano portarmi il forno al quarto piano benche' ci fosse l'ascensore, non volevano disimballare il forno, non volevano riprendere il mio usato benche' io il giorno prima della consegna avessi esplicitamente chiestao akka Signora Olga se tutte queste cose erano incluse, la signora in questione mi asseriva che erano incluse nell' acquisto del mio forno. tra le altre cose mi hanno minacciato di muovermi a firmare tanto no potevo controllare il prodotto in quando l'avevano gia' fatto loro. Oltre a cio' mi hanno intimato di firmare subito alla consegna senza fargli perdere altro tempo||| Mi chiedo: ma i miei diritti di compratore dove sono finiti? queste persone maleducate e prepotenti devono avere ancora il diritto di lavorare e trattare cosi' le persone anziane e non solo. La mia conclusione e' : SPERO IN FUTURO DI NON AVER MAI PIU' A CHE FARE CON LA CEVA LOGISTICS ( o chi per essa) ED I PROPRI DIPENDENTI/CORRIERI ECC. GRAZIE PER L'OSPITALITA'
Only 5 star reviews will be posted... they LOST a BED. How does that happen? I will reorder from Wayfair who uses UPS or Fedex. HOW DO YOU LOSE A BED!?!?!?!?!?
Amazon order placed March 8/22 and picked up March 9/22 in Montreal and shipped to their Toronto wharehouse. Ceva tracking showed delivery on March 12/22. Called Ceva March 14/22 due to non delivery and spent almost 60 minutes on hold only to have my call go unanswered. Called Amazon and have been told that delivery date has been changed to March 19/22. Unfortunately we will not be home so have advised Amazon delivery must be signed and not left on porch and stolen. If stolen expect 100\% refund and replacement shipped by responsible shipping company.

If I could give zero stars I would. My couch was supposed to be delivered from Albany park today, I received a call from CEVA Logistics saying they lost my package. Albany Park needs a better shipping company, I've been waiting 3 weeks for my couch
Order was placed on 28 November, order didn't get created until 11 December, didn't get a phone call let alone an email to schedule delivery until I called them. Delivery was supposed to be on 20 December, heard nothing all day. Called them myself 21 December and had them schedule delivery on the 23rd between 0800 and 1200. Burned accrued sick leave to stay at home to receive the delivery. 1200 came and went, nothing. Called CEVA's phone number, gave my tracking number, guy apologized because he bungled and gave me a 1300 to 1900 delivery window "by mistake". Bro. WTF. How the Sam Hill did you bungle by quoting me over the phone a delivery window of 0800 to 1200 and then input 1300 to 1900 instead? Absolutely a disgrace and embarrassing. Makes my time in the government logistics sector look comparably better. Can't blame the delivery driver, he's alright. All the fault lies with their logistics being a bunch of incompetents who fat-fingered their delivery windows.

This was the worst company ever. WORST COMPANY. It's been over a month since I ordered my item from Amazon and I thought they were going to be early delivering it. WRONG! First flag was that Amazon showed on Dec. 7 "Delivery attempted. Will try again later." Called, no one I spoke to were of any help at Ceva. Said they did not deliver in my area and RLC [I think that's the name] was picking it up from where they dropped it off and gave me wrong #s, etc. Called the 3rd # and the lady put me on eternal hold before even knowing what I was calling about. I hoped they would figure it out. Dec. 10 Amazon showed "Cancelled. Customer refused delivery." WRONG! I tried to call Ceva and they were closed and could not leave a message, just got disconnected. Called Amazon, spoke with Rep. and she looked into and said that notes say the item was damaged in transit and being return to Amazon. Absolute worst, liars and/or no one knows what they are doing or how to do their job adequately and they certainly do not care at all. This was a Christmas gift.
WITH ALL THE VARIABLES THAT CAN GO WRONG IN THE TRUCKING / FREIGHT WORLD, I GIVE THESE GUYS A 5 STAR RATING. YES THE DELIVERY WAS A WEEK LATE DUE TO HURRICANES AND STORM DELAYS. THESE CEVA REPS CALLED ME TWO TIMES AND EMAILED ME THREE TIMES WITH UPDATES. I CANT ASK FOR BETTER SERVICE FOR AN 432 LB GENERATOR COMING FROM SINGAPORE. I BELIEVE MOST OF THE SERVICE PROBLEMS ARE DUE TO THE BAD COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE COUNTRY OF ORIGIN. THIS IS MY 2 CENTS OPINION OF A GOOD JOB BY CEVA.
With SO many terrible reviews, I had to share my experience. Delivery was during the beginning of the expected delivery window. I was called 30 minutes prior per my request as well. The drivers were so friendly, pleasant and helpful! A surprisingly fantastic experience given all of the reviews I read while waiting for our delivery. I wish I could review the drivers specifically because they were truly wonderful!!!!!!
What do you call a logistics company that can't handle logistics? CEVA apparently. Waiting weeks for a product, received a notification to schedule a delivery appointment, only to receive a call the day of that they haven't even got the product ready to deliver yet. What the hell was the appointment for? They didn't even know they weren't ready to deliver it? Pathetic.

The delivery was a day late but it was actually delivered to my surprise. The delivery man was very professional and even brought the package up 3 floors for me. I had a chance to talk to the company on the phone about all the negative reviews and they were very helpful in addressing it and it made a lot of sense why people would be upset if a package came late. Sometimes a delivery date is out of their control I guess.
Bom dia a todos! Gostaria de compartilhar uma informação importante. Seguindo a dica de outro usuário, eu entrei em contato com a Dell pelo chat na página do pedido (das 8h às 18h). Meu produto também chegou em Viracopos e a partir de então não percebi atualizações de rastreio desde 23/04. Expliquei a situação para a atendente, a qual me passou um novo sistema de rastreio pelo FEDEx, pois meu pedido já estava de posse da transportadora. Agora, consigo acompanhar o produto, que passa por Hortolândia/SP e depois segue destino para o endereço do cliente. Hoje, meu pedido está em Guarulhos com destino à Brasília. Espero que essa informação possa ajudar outros clientes.
