Parcel didnt reach twice even after giving all details, no contact with me done without connecting me have sent the parcel back. I have not recieved any call from DTDC. Useless, unprofessional and worst service. Kindly close the company if you can not deliver what business you have started will.

My Parcel of Medicines was from Jalgaon to Kalyan, & no doubt the same came to Kalyan within 2 days but not at my residence but to their & the delivery person asked me to visit the for picking the parcel, and their location is 20 mins from my place. my question is why should we pay extra to travel to your & waste our time to pick up the parcel. I doubt DTDC into a COURIER SERVICE Industry!?

The worst ever Absolute cheats and duds

Delivery service is very worst. So please shutdown the service instead of fooling the customers and taking more money by saying express delivery. I recommend not to go for DTDC. Waste of money and time.

I received the parcel from Kumar (dont know weather it is real name or not so i mentioned the consignment no) who is not ready to come to 1st floor also though there is no restriction mentioned. I told him that i record the call. Then also he ignored. Consignment no B97236391

Two of my recent parcels r stuck due to their mistake like misroute and after following up since 10 days theres no action pathetic courier service would never recommend it to anyone nos they provide r all wrong no follow up above all they lie everytime

It's not door step delivery, we need to go and collect it from 1 or 2 Kms away when they call. They won't even consider our situation. It would be helpful if the deliver at the door step. Thanks
