Worst delivery service i have ever seen

The worst service i have experienced. Don't understand why they are running if not able to deliver timely. he missing my courier & say your is close . its very important documents . plese fount it .

We couriered some of food items to my bro at Mumbai through DTDC,the worst service by them ,they delivered very late and all food products are bitten by rats,to cover their mistake they have put plaster over the box and delivered it to my bro, really waste of money they took 1000 rs for that ,if you don't have sense to do courier business don't do n waste our money n Time, really very wrst ,wrst.......n dam shut service

I courier my laptop form Jalandhar on 24th Nov to Uttarakhand new tehri received my laptop yesterday an when I check the courier my laptop was broken in not carry in product your staff and this company responsible in my leptop koi bhi courier Mt krna bhaut bed service h koi bhi product enka safe nhi pauchta aur charges Le lete h please I requested in DTDC CEO Mr subhasish chakarwarti you can chack Avery think otherwise apka staff apki company ko Ek din Le dubega etni bed service aaj tk nhi Dekhi mene and abhi tk koi those response nhi aya mene mail bhi ki and costumer care ko call bhi kiya bolte apki complain submit ho gyi h 24 hours me apko response aa Jayega I already mail [email protected] .com pe dal di hui all leptop ki phots ke sath so I need this refund it is otherwise I complain is company regarding....

I sent one parcel of food items from Ghaziabad to Nagpur but it was damaged by opening and was not packed back. Box was not opened by opening box from top it was opened from side at two places and delivered as in damaged condition. Very very bad experience.

The worst service i have experienced. Don't understand why they are running if not able to deliver timely. for 300km distance take 8 days still not received. call to they told within 2 days they will reply but don't understand the tentative time. it is worst than the government post.

Please don't courier through DTDC company. It's very bad service. the don't pick up the call, its been 11days still we did get parcel to address. i was ready to send a person to pickup my parcel, they are not give correct DTDC address or phno, how to fine my parcel.

Worst service. Not responding. Idiots my parcel went to vijaywada on 04-11-2021. Today date is 08-11-2021. Till now they didn't deliver the parcel to address. Finally our person went to and take my parcel. Money waste

It's very bad courier service they take 15 to 20 days to deliver a parcel ,they don't have proper also almost all no are busy they don't pick up the call
