They called I was busy, courier did not come to clinic , they expect us waiting 7 hours holding our mobiles in our hands.my credit card is returned this day ,in rescheduling no place to change address for next day as I work in 2 clinics,called to change,next day I found whatsapp saying card is delivered and sms says shipment is delivered and till now did not get it

I send parcel to India just 10days parcel reach to my home thanks

I would like to appreciate the efforts of delivery agent Mr Ali (staff no 47130) for his efforts in delivery me my courier shipment since I wasn't available at my residence he made sure the parcel got delivered to where I was present and made calls to keep me informed about the time duration of his visit Well done Ali keep up the good work institution like this need more people like you to deliver the promises made to their customers.

Delivery boy saying can't deliver when available time. They are saying Duty time finish.. no proper follow up from management. May be..that why delivery boys are behaving like this..when call they are saying ok to delivery mentioned time.

Terrible, absolutely terrible, they say they've delivered my package but i didn't receive it, looks like they lost it and now wont answer me.

They return my boxes and they want me to pay again how its come like this

I have been waiting for my package for one week and in the track it keeps

They ask 30AED PLUS VAT from receiver even sender paid the delivery itself! let’s avoid this company at all cost. Not honest !!!

Emirates post services are garbage!

During COVID I was not in the country, post six months I had reached out and they had done all arrangements to deliver my courier

I used the service twice to send parcels to far east Asia and far west America. The two parcels were delivered in a matter of days with a reasonable price; less than 200 Dhs. I could track the parcels delivery steps.

Good good goodest

I expect to receive my shipments asap. Within 3-5 days

delivery was pretty fast and reliable. Do not listen to the bad reviews, most of them are complaining about why the delivery is taking so long... they probably settled for the cheapest delivery speed.
