Sent 3 parcels with Thai post about a week apart, 1 was sent to the UK, 1 was sent to New Zealand and 1 was sent to the USA. Paid extra for the registered service. Both items never reached the destination, Thai post were no help at all when we contacted them.
Tracking says "Processed Through Facility SUVARNABHUMI MAIL CENTRE (SMC), THAILAND" that's it says, all three parcels lost.
Get the feeling international post with them just does not work at all - avoid at all costs.
After waiting weeks for my package to arrive I eventually emailed them to see what was going on and I just received a vague copy past email saying the delivery failed with no further information. I then emailed them to find out how I could get my package and I received yet another vague copy paste email saying it was in the destination country(God knows where). Eventually they put me in touch with the wrong postal service in Taiwan who could actually give me some useful information.
They advertise their ePacket from Thailand to USA/Europe to take between 3 to 9 days, in reality, it takes 21 to 60 days using this service. Their tracking numbers work about 80% of the time for USA, 20% of the time for Europe, 0% of the time for Canada They are the cheapest to ship with, but not the fastest. I haven't lost any packages shipping with them, some packages come back after 80 days. It's just unreliable an frustrating to the sender and recipients.
Lost or stolen tracking number that don't work, Ive tried so many time to work with them, But the service is so bad items go missing all the time, Not recommended 85 baht for tracking number that don't work,, No refunds
