That was my worst experience ever since I deal in Internet.
Their speech: "Your package is now in transit!"
I am wondering when it will be shipped.
When I see the Company Rating it is more than 90% very bad.
I think is fraudulent intend.
At first I was slightly anxious and worried since there was no tracking info with the tack number..luckily the company provided info for me after about 3days and I was able to get updates on my package which Was awesome and finally today package is out for delivery!!!! Yesssssss guess it's just a matter of patience
I ordered a item weeks ago, after it finally hit customs and cleared, it's travelled to 4 other states which border my own and has yet to arrive. What is it doing? Going sightseeing? It seems to be rather ridiculous to be sending it to other locations instead of directly to me.
So I ordered an Aurora Borealis necklace from here on 21-Feb-19, the waiting process was lengthy and painful but Sophia from their customer service was a great support, one time in point my shipment got lost in transit, but she made sure that I get a replacement.
Received it just yesterday and let me tell you it was worth the wait and effort. The necklace is beautiful.
If they improve their shipment process then this place is actually a wonder. Thanks xx
