The delivery guy was horrible at being a delivery guy. He called and immediately told me he was already at the front of the house. So I told him to give me 5 mins as I was cooking at the moment. It was probably less than 5 mins, I passed the stuff to him and he was giving me this not so happy look even though I said sorry. He didn't smile at all. Never said anything back and left. 10 mins later, he called me back and immediately asked 'where to pick up the stuff?'. Apparently he was dialing a wrong number.
Even from the second phone call, don't you want to greet the person first? You called your customer using a personal number. How the heck would people know this is from ABX. Can't you atleast say 'hi this is the delivery guy from ABX'
They provide a speedy pickup service. But their interaction with customer is just bad. Please provide some training for your employees.
