Hello Delhivery, I had ordered one more package and the AWB No. 2715715748923 which was about to deliver me today and was not delivered. I want to know the reason behind the delay. The delivery boy whose name is Nandkishore and the phone number is +918045771458 he told me in evening that it will be delivered to me in an hour and after 3 hours of wait I called hik back and he told me that he will deliver the package to me by 09:30pm and I received a call from the courier boy stating that he will deliver the package to me by 10:30pm and I told him that it is not a correct time to deliver the package. This is the second the the person is doing the same thing previous AWB No. 2715715657282 this shipment was even not delivered to me by the promised time and false comments were updated that I didn't received the call from him as I didn't received any call and I personally went to the Hub and waited for an hour to collect my package. I want that strict action has to be taken by the management against Nandkishore delivery boy of Mira Road Hub Navghar Road delivery boy. I also want a proper solution on this.

AWB - 19041149017395 3 month over & still courier is not received. Now it is showing that RTO delivered. No one came to give my courier then how this is possible? I have loss my 1500rs.
