First Flight Couriers Suivez vos colis

When I saw it was damaged i told the delivery guy i will not accept this.. their it goes. He said madam u have to accept this nd complain the file on the courier company... I thought aisa hota hoga... my mistake was I trusted their courier person and accepted it... when I called the courier service they said why u have accepted it, now we r not going to take it back nd loss is urs... the worst ever experience. I am not going to give them any kind of reviews nd also will going to tell everyone not to trust or give them their parcel to these companies who r not bother to their customers.

The delivery boy doesn't have AED 10 change and informed the item will be delivered tomorrow as per his wish..... It was my mistake.....I would have chosen a professional courier company to deal professionaly with the ... Totally disappointed ☹️ Courier ref: H257054 Collected date: 12/01/2022 Delivery Date: 13/01/2022 not handed over the courier due to no change for aed 10. Delivery date choosen by the rider: 14/01/2022. Let me see, what action will be taken on aforementioned matter.

I would like to thank first flight courier and particularly the delivery driver here in Bahrain for their wonderful service. you once again exceeded my expectations and went far and beyond to deliver my parcel on time. Thank you so very much. You guys are fantastic!

Though I was told that delivery of package would take 2 to 3 weeks in Chandigarh, India yet the same was delivered on the 7th day. Excellent. But the sharp increase of about 80\% in the charges is too much and present pandemic can\'t be the excuse for the hike.

good. No complaints so far unlike for other couriers. No sign of dents of the box.
