I AM YET TO RECEIVE A PARCEL WHICH WAS SENT FROM ABROAD BEFORE 13 DAYS AND THE COMPANY DOES NOT KNOW WHERE THE POST IS! WHEN I SAY I WANT TO COMPLAIN, THEY SAY THAT THE PERSON WHO SENT HAS TO COMPLAIN FROM ABROAD: FOR THIS THEY HAVE TO REGISTER IN THEIR WEBSITE: HAVING AN ABROAD ADDRESS, THEY CANNOT REGISTER AND CANNOT COMPLAIN. TO WHOM WE SHOULD COMPLAIN.

с19-20 февраля посылка CL043449763RU находится на территории Австрии и до сих пор не доставлена адресату. Почему???
