I received excellent service with UniUni for a Ebay package coming from California to Montreal. Big thanks to their great couriers, and to Claudia, their Client Services/ agent. She is awesome and an asset to UniUni...I had never heard of UniUni before and friend assured me they are good and have always put her packages in the Expedibox as requested so they aren't stolen from the lobby floor. Great and much appreciated service from start to finish.
So I tried many time to post a comment, but as I was putting one star they would send my post for review and never post. So I click on 4 stars so I can post exactly how bad the service is with company. Omg

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Always calling me when packages arrive. I spent a lot of time in the warehouse that day and everyone walking in to this warehouse location was served promptly and courteously. Keep up the good work and thanks again!
