Best period of time delivered my shipment

it did take 3 weeks to come but it was totally worth it ,always updated me ,they did say they lost it in there van and left it there over night so it was a day late but im happy with it

I was out when they tried to deliver my package, but the driver was passing again later in the day, and the delivery was made without me having to rearrange delivery. Very impressed with the service.

之前有让帮我改地址，结果并没有改。幸好两个地址都还在用，如果真遇到搬家了以前地址用不了的情况了那麻烦就打了。

看到差评一堆把我吓到了，我是选了淘宝最便宜的集运选项，联邦显示的8.3kg实重我给了520人民币我觉得超级便宜啊，(虽然淘宝上显示的12.6kg).我之前有用过其他集运公司花了有900块钱，心疼死人。我是6月26号下午临近下班时间下的单，当天就准备好可以集运了。现在联邦显示的7月6号到货，我之前有联系客服改地址，还不知道有没有帮我改，希望一切顺利。总之整个过程还是挺顺利的，信息更新也很详细，下次还选佳成。如果地址没帮我改我再来追加差评，嘻嘻

因为信任USPS所以选了入境后转USPS的佳成，等包裹的时候闲来无事才搜搜看佳成的评价，没想到这么糟糕。但都是比较旧的评价了。我的感受包裹处理得蛮快的。做过物流的我熟稔，即使要物流速度达到“平均水平”也需要完善的管理和成熟的体系，可见佳成已经慢慢成长和长成了~。 所以我在此给一个most updated的评价。

Great experience as package received exactly as what is described on sellers' website. And for shipping, I have no complaint either.

杭州中转中心的服务平台，应该只服务于接收中转和出货的业务，而不能还服务航运公司的信息调整或有否航空出货等业务，这就显得非常不专业，而且还解释不清楚！而且还需尽快解决航班信息及时更新处理问题！要让客户能清楚明白的看到或知道自己的货品即时的状态！！

淘宝客服服务态度很好， 有问必答。物流也还可不赖，一个礼拜多几天就能到达，下次还会考虑用佳成国际 :）
