I tracked my order on 23 April: On route to postal facilities, which sounds good. Then the tracking number was removed from Singapore Post. The order became untrackable until 23 May when tracking was updated: Despatched to overseas (Country code: AU). The order became trackable again. What happened in the past four weeks and why the tracking was removed once?
Does this ( information received- in route to postal facility ) mean that seller just printed label and is taking it to post office or is it at the post office and on route to my postal facility I’m think it’s the 1st but they should make it clearer and site takes for ever to update
I have ordered items thrice through them but none of the items ever got to me. I will never make the mistake of using Singapore Post. You can't even track your order and they don't update you in any way. Very poor service.
Experience with Singpost from my end (receiver) is one of the worst. My items has been resend back to the sender (sender claim did not received the items) even after i have log in to redirect the items on systems (but Singapost mentioned their system error, my redirect instruction has not been captured). The only solution is for me to work it out with the sender directly even though it's Singpost hiccups! This is my consistent 2nd time experience within 1 quarter. Moving forward, i would not purchase anything if the sender mentioned that items will be deliver via Singpost. NEVER AGAIN! Waste of my money, effort and time dealing with Singpost!
