I could walk it quicker from Philly to Utah and I would not lose my taxes. Last time I sent a Christmas package to CA on Dec. 6 and was GUARANTEED delivery by Christmas. Package received second week in January. Thanks Donald.

Paid $29 for overnight feb 23 still not there. Had cashier check inside. Missed deadline so had to have cc cancelled and wired funds instead. Ups will get all my business in the future. Do 29 I paid and maybe eventually now a useless cc will be received. Us postal service what a joke!!!

Pay $26.50 to ship next day delivery took 10 days postmen were very rude any post would not refund my money. Could ship regular mail for $4.50 and would have arrived in 3 days.
USPS is no good for delivery packaye
This was my first, and will be my last, experience. My sister sent me a package using this service. They didn’t deliver. Tracking system only states “animal interference.” We live in a subdivision and our dog was locked inside the house. They did not leave a note on the door and never attempted another delivery. Tracking system shows no updates, no status, no information...whatsoever. I signed up for text status...received zero texts. We have no idea where the package is. Now my wife will take time from her day to go to the post to try to track down the package. I con only strongly recommend using an alternative service.
The USPS is made up of people who do not care about your package. I paid for 3 day delivery and didn’t get it for almost 2 weeks. Do I get a refund? Nope. Horrible and pathetic.
I will pay extra for other shipping. They lose 90% of my packages and 100% are always “arriving late”. Unbelievable. How do you lose a package that’s literally a 2 hour drive? And twice? “Due to covid” Really because no one else is screwing up this much.
Raymond is awesome he is the best mail delivery guy I have met. He is kind, respectful, helpful and overall very good at his job.

Shipping through the United States postal service is atrocious at best now. They feed you the covid-19 bs excuse of why shipping times are slow. Apparently COVID-19 only affects every companies orders besides Amazon. I pay extra to ship through any other carrier besides this circus now if I have a choice. What a joke

COVID aside, enough excuses already! I’m having deliveries international from UK royalmsil, Hermes, parcel force, dhl, and countless more. All have aCoViD measure in place, tracking system that works and all this despite brexit. This shed of an organisation is a shameful scam, keep up with the IMO or bye bye, unless it’s some US gov protected shame, which knowing US now would supride, come in China show them how it’s done

Yes we all know there is a pandemic and therefore problems with , staffing, shipping, boarder controls etc etc but come on. I’ve had deliveries from Newzealnd, Holland, Sweden and domestically from many companies. Why is it only usps that can’t evolve and improve their service. Sorry crap crap crap
