I sent a package on December 19 and it was suppose to get there around Christmas Eve on the 24th. However it’s February, we’re already in the next year and still my package hasn’t been delivered. Why pay hundreds of dollars if you guys are not going to deliver my package in a timely manner. At least keep me updated. The last update was on the 24th saying it was still at the facility.

I ordered something on 1-26-21. it left that location same day...got to atlanta next day and now its a shit show!!! my girlfriend ordered from the same place 6 times after i ordered and has gotten all 6 packages so i dont want to hear the pathetic covid excuse!!! just mail the dam thing---you phone cust serv sucks too....just a revolving prompt wheel.....get your shit together!!! yall had no problem transporting those illegal ballots!!!!

I mailed a package on Feb 5 to Battleground WA. One week later it still has not arrived, but has made a tour of Seattle and Aurora, WA post sites twice. Now it's in Olympia and making it's way by turtle to it final destination which was a time sensitive package. I can't see any reason why it has taken so long or why I am paying a premium price for 3rd class service.
I would have paid to get a priority international mail and they said 6-10 business days and that was from January 25. Am still awaiting said mail. They've no regard for your mail, in that they say one thing but does something completely different and still take your monies
I sell on Etsy and it is important to ship as fast as possible. My last package weighed a little over four pounds so the postage for priority was over $16 and the label states three days priority. I mailed it on Feb 1, and as of today the 11th, it still hasn't arrived. I also had fragile labels all over the package but I don't have any faith that it will arrive intact. It is a shame that they deliver hundreds of thousands of junk mail every day but don't get the important pieces taken care of and are so rough with packages.
U.S.P.S. mail service use to be great. They have gotten unreliable since last year. They lost my package for 3 weeks and then somehow found it after I made a complaint. It also takes 2 to 3 times as long to receive package and mail than it is suppose to take. If U.S.P.S. is overwhelmed with too many packages and mail, please hire more employees. I've never experience this service to be so unreliable as it has become.

I AM WAITING FOR TIME SENSITIVE DOCUMENTS. NOT RECEIVING THESE DOCUMENTS PUTS ME IN A FINANCIAL BIND .I NEED MY IMPORTANT MAIL IN A TIMELY MANNER, NOT WEEKS LATER.

My parcel was delivered by seller from the US to my home in Hong Kong via USPS. It took about 2 weeks and I was able to track it the entire time. USPS did it what it was supposed to do and I will use it again.
Two packages lost, pay extra for slower delivery, and vehicular registration tags stolen right out of the post POBox... they weren't smart enough to destroy the paper registration, they just ripped the corner where the tags are located....
We know where the crooks are now working.
