Avoid the USPS if at all possible. My last three priority mail experiences have been horrible. Even though I paid over $80 for shipping and insurance on an item that had to move about 150 miles, it took 16 days. the “tracking” was a total lie and it was delivered to the wrong location. Given a choice, I will never use them again ... and, I am pretty sure hat’s perfectly fine with USPS leadership. Dismal. Wish I could give zero stars.

I spent almost 10 dollars for a 2 day delivery but it took almost 4 days to get to its destination. Why advertise 2 day delivery if not able to do it, I could have saved 8 dollars but sending regular mail. UNSAT
I can’t believe my daughters Customize Christmas gift has been sitting in Atlanta for 4 days now! I ordered it before Christmas and it January 11th. She’s 8 years old and checks the front porch every day. This is ridiculous. What is going on? I call and nobody can tell me what’s going on. Terrible this has been a nightmare.
If there are other shipping options choose anything but USPS. Items sit in limbo for days with no information on their location. USPS makes it a point to avoid any way to give them feedback or to hold them accountable
It has been a tough year and I ordered one item for Christmas on the 6th of December. I live in nc so it was picked up in ky and headed away from nc to Indiana. It has visited Gary, napolis, ft Wayne, goshen, and multiple other places in na.sometimes there are no updates. It has been through several of the facilities multiple times. It has now been over 5 weeks and I don't think I will ever see my package.
I mailed a flat mailer from Rocky River OH to Solon OH on 12/29 and it was sent to the Grand Rapids MI sorting facility and has been in-transit since then marked "arriving late". In-transit to where?!! Why would a package sent within the greater Cleveland area be sent to Michigan when it was to be delivered within the same Cleveland area?!! "Arriving Late"?!! I hope it arrives at all and maybe by the end of the year. I know the postal service has problems but this is ridiculous. From now on I use UPS not USPS to mail packages.
Order an item on 12/28/20, Item was last scanned on 1/2/21 since then no new tracking info. When i order something from a vendor in the future I will insist that they not ship using usps. FedEx of UPS will serve my needs much better than usps has.
I have ordered two items online in the last month. Different items from different vendors. I have had to follow up with both because these items are three weeks late arriving. The commonality? Both have used USPS. Here’s the best part: when I track the items the notice provided reads (and I quote):
Your package is moving within the USPS network and will be delivered to its final destination. It is currently in transit to the next facility.
I’ve had no problems receiving items from FedEx, Canada Post, Amazon, and several other couriers. USPS has no clue how to run a business. I can only assume my items are lost.
I placed my order 6 weeks early, because of critical needs, on Nov. 17. Package entered USPS venue Nov 27. Arrived New York Dec 11, arr. Queens Dec 14, arr. Jersey City, NJ Dec 20. Package has been in transit to next facility ever since. This is the SECOND TIME my package did not make it through the New York area. Both packages contained expensive and very much needed medication. If they are being lost that is VERY IRRESPONSIBLE, if they are being stolen that is a federal offense. Where are the postal inspectors and/or the FBI? I have read several reviews stating the New York area is the very worst. After my experiences I tend to agree. Wonder why nothing is being done?
Sent priority package, 6-10 days international. Charged almost $100 for shipping. It was held in 1 facility in my state for 10 freaking days. Called , 1st time the agent refused to help me because it was an intentional package. But it was still in domestic facilities. The 2nd agent i spoke with was more helpful in placing a special inquiry. It finally got my package moving but still hasn't been delivered. It's been almost a month now, I should get my shipping fee back. There's no excuse for this type of service.
My package was supposed to arrive in 3-5 days,(I paid for priority shipping), has now been 11 days. My package has been sitting in Miami Florida now since the 28th of December. It's the 9th of January...NOT HAPPY.
