Why does it take a USPS CERTIFIED letter with RETURN RECEIPT mailed on November 18, 2019, Columbus GA, addressed to a BANK in PASADENA, CA seventeen (17) days to arrive at the addressee??????????? By human reasoning, a snail would probably make that trip in less than half that time. And the USPS keep telling you to TRUST them. What a joke.
After paying $12 in addition to the purchase to arrive within 5 business days, someone supposedly attempted delivery 15 days later. Was never informed I had to be at home to accept package. Instead of leaving a note or way to attempt delivery I just got a notification delivery failed and I'm still trying to figure out how to schedule delivery. Buy many goods direct ship from China, never with this company...and I will never again. Contacting bank to reverse charges. Suggest you don't wait as long as I did and cut your losses.

I was promised a Friday delivery date? What happened?
I think partially its the laziness of people work ethics these days. Too busy on their phones and messing up daily routines. Not paying attention or just not caring which leads into being underpaid. People won't care about their job if they are getting a lousy wage. But that goes for every job. Also being that USPS decided taking on Amazon by theirselves which was such a spectacular idea to make extra money has really kicked their asses and the delivery drivers get no respect from supervisors because these supervisors think ur still suppose to get done delivering at the same time u did before them taking on all of Amazon... Which was stupid. I worked for USPS before. Underpaid and underappreciated. Used and abused, MENTALLY, PHYSICALLY, EMOTIONALLY . No wonder certin people have gone "POSTAL!!! "
I sent something that was supposed to arrive in 2 days. Day number 3 and all it says is "it's late but still on it's way" and the location where it currently is is the same as it was on Nov. 30th. I just had a package that was sent from Malaysia by DHL that was delivered faster and I was updated every single time that package moved. USPS needs to step up their game.
Once the item was shipped your information from USPS was so helpful. I was not sure if I would ever see the merchandise I ordered from Outlaw Forge. This was a handmade item and it’s craftsmanship is over the top. I’ve read some of the other post and have to say, I too was not sure if I was scammed. I’m glad I was not and grateful to receive it today. I just want to say to the others that have ordered from this company, (O. F. ) you have to be patient for this awesome homemade gift. I presented myself to the window and provided two cards requesting Vacation Holds (one for home; one for PO box). This clerk (who I think I've seen before) demanded my id. Being a 30 year customer at this branch, I was surprised by the demand, and said, "Really?" She said, "It's the policy." The way in which she said it was unnecessarily nasty (she's an angry young woman). I then asked for postage stamps, and she provided them. Then it was time for me to either use a chip or to swipe my card. She was brusque in telling me which. When she said, "Have a nice day," or some such, her tone was abrasive, insincere, and angry. I am so tired of being insulted by public service workers (or any vendor). Please put your clerks through customer service class (or etiquette school).

I am new to Eastport and no one has made us feel more welcomed than the two men who run this post office. They are friendly, eger to help and interesting to talk with. More than anyone they have made us feel welcomed in this community.
I have NEVER met postmasters with their level of kindness and professionalism.
Every single time I try to track my packages. No updates are ever available.. What's the freaking point of having tracking numbers when you guys never give updates or have anything to show for the status of my mail..
You guys are no help at all. Very displeased..
What about DHL Marketplace ? How about WALMART? How are THEY performing?
I NEVER have an issue with the United States Post Office - they can only deliver when they FINALLY GET THE PACKAGE FROM POORLY RUN NON-efficient companies (see above)
ONE PAIR OF SHOESTRINGS and we are on our SECOND WEEK WAITING here.
I am comforted by knowing that it WILL NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN !
