Mypostonline Tracking Details

不负责任的代运仓!口罩专线之前说保证过关,说到很有信心。结果我真的用了,突然说暂停口罩专线,货物卡在香港关卡了。还说口罩会退回他们的集运仓,叫我们用他们的海运再运过来。如果可以用海运,当初就不会给这么贵的空运费运过来呀!口罩买了,突然运不过来了,又没法退回给卖家。他们根本没损失,不用赔偿一分钱关于这次的闯祸!!我们顾客承担回他们夸大其词的服务! 客服的回复还迟迟不回,服务态度真是差!还有facebook没有差评,因为他们都会删了或block了不给你comment!
WORST service ever!
I have been using this almost 2 years but this time i am truly disappointed with their services...They even came out a "solution" during 11 11, every parcel was being charged once they arrived warehouse... this is so ridiculous! Imagine how much they earn from those with 50 small tiny parcels... very good at making money... Lol.. Besides, the shipping cost is so much expensive than usual... I don't know how they wrapped my parcel, in fact I dint buy any big item except a pair of shoes... i think they are not reliable, this gonna be my last time using their service...
Poor quality, service and delivery!!!
1. Hotline call no one pick up 2. Messages via wechat with no one reply and responded one 1 after your message. 3. Goods arrived with damaged / broken, with no compensation. 4. Movers delivery with part-timer with no professional duty care on your goods. Summary, go ahead with your own risk. Small amount less than RM100 is fine. Would never go back to this shipping company.

I just realized this company bad reputation upon 11.11.2019 since I was using it few months back. It happen that this company introduce the additional "warehouse" charges for each item received before I consolidate the shipment to my country. And also limit the number of items (max 10 items)for each shipment. End up the total cost of the shipment is 40% of my actual purchased item. If you managed to view their facebook page. All the bad comment has been removed by admin. Summary: IT has bad reputation across Taobao too.

-No one pick up hotline! Finally after many attempt, someone pick up the phone but obviously the staff is not well trained, I know more than her. Such a lousy company! -Simply add insurance charges without my consent! - Choose RM1 value-added service, end up charge me RM5, what a cheating company!
