GLS Tracking Details

Awful service
Awful service !! I was waiting for delivery at home at the agreed time, but instead parcel I received just notification to my postbox with information where I can pick up my package. At the same time I received email in which they report that they were unable to deliver the package because I was not at home. After I contacted GLS support by e-mail with a request to refund me the delivery fee, they denied it and ask me to contact the store directly. Of course, store ignored my request as well. I paid for delivery to receive it to my home address, and not to any other. Otherwise, what is the point of delivery if I have to go after it by myself. With the same success, I could buy the same product by coming to the store. Just keep in mind that if you are using GLS delivery you will pay money for nothing and loose your time.
Absolutely unnaceptable
Never received my parcel, no explanation whatsoever, avoid GLS at all cost!
Parcel Force - lost /stole my phone
Parcel Force said they tried to deliver - not true 3 times they never showed up - someone always in / no card left / so they have lied
Ghost company
This is one bad company. You should not use this company, avoid at all costs. There's always delays and they never respond to complaints.
A Joke Company
I have experienced the same lack of professionalism and downright dishonesty with the GLS Courier Co based in Dublin on two consecutive days. Drivers routinely claim that calls are unanswered for attepted deliveries, when no calls were made. The Customer Service representative for the urgent medical device product I ordered, has told me that it is 'soul destroying' for them having to deal with GLS. Drivers submit false scans re unanswered calls and deliveries & claim not to have been given full addresses even when supplied along with Eircode. Still waiting for delivery!
What a mess!
Apparently just because the first part of my street address is "Giovanni" the personnel in the GLS hub in MIlan creating the new label they have put a wrong street name adreess but hey at least it's strarting with "Giovanni". So while I have found the error calling the GLS local branch, I still have no way to change and reschedule the delivery, because only the seller who is also the sender can give new instructions for a new delivery. So GLS has created a mess and I can't receive my tablet hoping that all my contacting something can be resolved without the package going back and losing time and money.
From where to start.... In December I sent a suitcase from Spain to Greece after 5 days I couldn't find it in the tracking. When I told them about that they said that they will search for it. It took them one month to inform me that the suitcase is lost and I should make a claim in order to take some money back but wasn't sure if I will indeed take a refund. After that, I started searching alone for my suitcase and I found it! It was all this time in Greece but in a terrible condition. When it came to my house the suitcase was broken. I made a damage claim which they refused stating that was my fault because my suitcase wasn't packed properly!!!! So not only they lost it, I had to search and find it and eventually receiving it broken but they are not willing to pay for all the inconvenience and broken suitcase. Worst company ever that they do not respect their costumers I wish they won't last long! Of course, I am talking with my lawyer to see what we can do about that.
