GLS Tracking Details

Has gone downhill
Been using them for 2 years and the past 4 months they have gone downhill quite a bit with their service. Lost packages, 1 hour hold times to schedule a pickup or get info on a package that wasn't picked up.
This may be the worst delivery service on the planet! Delivery driver says I wasn't home. I was home all day! never even a knock on the door. called in to ask them to ring the bell, then they didn't even some the next day! Wait on hold for an hour just for the operator to hang up on me.
Horrible service
Horrible service. They will never give a reminder of when the package is about to arrive. On top of that, they deliver the package super early in the morning on a random day and the delivery person will simply stand outside and go back as if I would automatically know that someone is standing outside with my package. No phone, no ring, nothing. Then they'll put the package at some store for you to pick yourself. Morons!!!

Package was never delivered but their tracking shows it has been. Their is god awful, as they will merely run you in circles with bullshit responses. Their drivers are thieves, plain and simple.
Over the past 3 weeks, GLS-US missed 2 SCHEDULED pick-ups and lost a package. This resulted in 3 very disappointed clients of mine and a loss of approximately $500. They take no responsibility as they have "suspended credits for late or missing shipments". Yes, this is a direct quote from a agent. Apparently, they have suspended this policy because they are experiencing chaos in their operation. I have discontinued using GLS

Please note-even their star ratings are listed backward to give the impression that they deliver great service. Who puts 1 star listing at the top of their ratings? I had scheduled a pick up and was issued a pick up confirmation number-GLS, no show. When I called GLS had to wait 45 mins. before a live person actually answered the call. I was promised that the package would be picked up before 10:00am the next day...STILL NO PICK UP!! I called GLS, spoke to a supervisor that promised to pick up the package on their own time...FINALLY, the package was picked up...but it gets crazier. On the day of delivery, the driver DID NOT deliver the package, but took a picture of the package from their truck and reported it as delivered at 10:17am with a FORGED SIGNATURE stating it was left at the front desk. The driver finally shows up at 11:35am (2nd day) and when I asked about the package being shown as delivered with a picture and FORGED SIGNATURE, he stated that his supervisors instruct them to show the package delivered, so their reporting numbers aren't effected. When I stated that they will be loosing an account for the above actions, the driver didn't even make an attempt to apologize or ask that a supervisor ...their loss! Too bad there's NO CUSTOMER SERVICE with this company. I'm sure FedEx and UPS appreciate the new customers that are being sent their way. WOW, I wonder how long before GLS-GSO go out of business?
Medical Clinic
I do not understand why the state of California chooses to use this company to ship the blood samples for the CA Prenatal Screening tests! They are the worst. Every time I want to schedule a pick-up I have to wait on hold for at least 30 mins. While your holding you have to listen to a recorded voice tell you to skip the wait go to their website and use the chat feature. OK why the wait is just as long for that. So I finally schedule my pick-up and does anyone bother to show up. No as usual I would say 1 out of 3 scheduled pick=ups never actually happen. Because these packages are time-sensitive I will have to drive them to the only GLS drop box in my area.
