What Do GLS Tracking Statuses Mean?

Data collection	The sender has created the electronic data for your package, but it has not yet been physically delivered to GLS.

Stored	Your package has returned to the destination parcel center because it could not be delivered, possibly due to an incorrect or untraceable address. If the address needs correction, the sender will reach out to you. If you're unavailable for an extended period, such as being on vacation, your package will be temporarily stored. Note: If you received a notification card, you can use shipment tracking to redirect your package.
