The Worst
The worst service iim supposed to receive my package 7 days ago but its keep stuck in france from 15feb all my buisness is stopped because of them fuck this company sucks and the worst that u cant contact thim fuck this shit i really hate this company
Pushed open the back gate rather than use the front.
Absolutely atrocious service from a very rude woman who I very nearly had an argument with. She was virtually trespassing on my property - banged on the French doors so loudly I wondered what was going on, and dumped the parcel on top of my bin, which was covered in snow. Rude is too kind a word for her - she seemed to be looking for an argument.
Absolutely Useless Criminals
If I could give zero stars I would. This delivery service is the worst I have ever come across. Extremely hard to follow up with and impossible to get anything rectified! I have had more parcels stolen, always saying that the parcel has been delivered when obviously its been stolen. France (La Poste) seem to not care or do anything about Colissimo or their own delivery staff are stealing DAILY! NEVER use them to deliver anything from Amazon because you can guarantee it wont arrive. Use Amazon drop off points. Its about time they did something about this because they are failing to do the one thing they are required to do. Useless a**holes!!!!

My parcel of clothing sent for my son for the winter has been stolen. I cannot find out as to which delivery service in London delivers their parcels, if anyone knows I would love their name and contact details. I agree with other comments that delivery staff must be stealing the parcels. NEVER EVER USE AGAIN.

I ordered a game console and it never showed up. The tracking system is garbage and random statuses appeared at a random times and I never received my item. The seller refunded me the amount and the item was stolen from me so at the end it was a waste of time to these thieves don't use this service use some other
It’s been 2 months and still not arrive at given adress
I had sent parcel on 14/10/2020 and there is no news that where my parcel is.. it’s shows it’s reach at destination country but haven’t reach at adress given by me.. what to do???? It’s been more then 2 months

For five days long, the same status: will be handed to carrier. Pretty poor service.
