TrackingMore is a third party parcel tracking tool (also known as multi-carrier tracking tool) which supports online parcel tracking of worldwide 477 express and postal couriers. Qexpress (Qdelivery International)
Horrible experience. Used their Qdelivery system and it's the worst of the worst. My parcel has been stuck for over a month plus and all they could tell me is it is still in the KL customs. I sent out another parcel to the same destination 7 days after and the parcel has already been delivered. Customer service then said parcels are checked on a random basis. Ridiculous. DHL e-commerce tracking used to be trackable. After calling twice, I could not track it anymore. The reply I got was, "Do not check from there." Then where do I check? And what's the point of providing me with the link when it is untrackable? Worst ever. Deserves 0 stars.
Lost parcel, no tracking, rude . Nothing done till now for 2 mths.
Have sent 2 individual parcel to the Philippines. no status update for 1 week. Then it appears sent by Singpost, and then become postage mail to Philippines post. 2 mths now, no update on tracking, call in and Rudy picks up, a rude guy and not helpful at all. Say will takes 60 days for Singpost to get back to them. 60 DAYS!!!! Singpost can get back to us within the same day and Qxpress as their partner takes 60 days? REfuse to entertain compensation, tell me to liaise with philippine post instead. Go ahead to engage their service if you don't mind your parcel missing + handling all the hassle with rude n unhelpful .
Very good service
Had several deliveries by Qxpress . I had to admit the good service rendered. Delivery guy in charge of my area Chai Chee Mr Sunny (sometime his substitute) delivered to the very best of time with big smile always. Pre M before delivery without fail. Thumbs up

Irresponsible and unreliable
The guys delivering my parcel must be blind not to see that its a bottled terrarium. They damaged my terrarium and blamed me for not packing it properly. And claimed I did not indicate fragile on the label, which I did. Will never use them again.
Not courteous
I had the same delivery guy sending to my place in punggol. Not sure if he’s malay or chinese. Many times there was no hello to deliver my items. Even if it’s just for a while to give parcel to customers, you’re still doing a delivery SERVICE. There’s a time when i was holding my baby and opening the door. I have a big heavy parcel for my product. He was unhappy when i asked him to help me put it in my house doorstep. Still got the cheek to looked into my house. I don’t wish to see him again.
Serangoon Area Delivery
I had a Indian delivery man coming to my door step at serangoon area yesterday while it was raining so heavy he came so drenched making sure my parcels were delivered safely with a huge smile he gave to my kids and gave them biscuits. I have to say he did a amazing job inQexpress. All the best and thank you for cheering my kids. (Alam)
Worst courier service ever!
I've never encountered such rude delivery guy who scolds their customer. What kinda service is this? Totally unacceptable
