Omg.. same here. My parcel they said could not reach receipient. Wtf. I was at home whole day today. I didn't even receive any call or x ada org lgsg came to my house. Seriously... ninja zzz ... at home ada orang tapi said unreachable.. what nonsense is this

Attitude rider sangat buruk. Ingat rider perempuan lg better lah dr rider lelaki. But attidute 101% teruk. Better lagi berurusan dgn rider lelaki. Tak pernah ada isu. Better ninja van ni observe lah cara rider korang tu buat kerja. Kang sebab attitude rider hampeh mcm ni, org jd tak suke guna servis ninja van ni. Rumah 4 tingkat expect 3 minit boleh smpai bawah. Org kata ninja van suke simpan brg cust lama², tapi aku guna selama ni xde lg isu mcm ni. But attitude rider pula mcm haram. Nasib tak boleh nak rate zero star. Yes, same like me, just faced the same issue. Rider arrive and cannot wait even 5minute. And i asked for transfer online because i did not expect to get the parcel at the same days. Usually take 2-3 days. But if its cannot be transferred, do tell me nicely, dont give me shit face like that. Automatically, i want to cancel the transactions because of that attitude and service that i get. But thinking of the seller is my close friend then i just settle it. But this is my first ever review i make because i really not like the situation that i just faced. Better ninja van take this matter seriously. Reply me if you need the rider information together with the evidences if you want it.
