Just want to share you guys that my package was delivered today and it fits me quite well. So happy!
DPEX is good.
The first delivery attempt was outside of my business hours so i called the DPEX customer services and ask if they can deliver again later and they did in the next day.
DPEX is the worst
Item has been in transit for days now. It was supposed to arrive in 3-5 days but it's now been a week with no new updates
Alarmed
I suspect it was lost as I could not see any move in a successive 15 days. And at the time I am going to give up tracing, it appeared this morning.
Our customer claimed that he did not received the item and any call
Pls make sure if your courier can send the item on or before 12:00 on July 12 17
