DPEX Tracking Details

They are straight forward people.. I thought I was getting scammed but I received my package on time
Missing package and poor response
There were 2 packages send from India to Singapore. But received 1 package only delivered 3 weeks later. After 2 monthly investigation, they simply said 1 package missing. They not shared detail explanation of how it was missing.
Disgusted
I have been waiting on my order since I ordered on the 22nd of January!!! It has been stuck with customers since the 8th of February, still no word

On the 11Feb (Thu) at about 1420pm, there was an attempted delivery to my residential address. There was several missed calls from +65 88744124. As it was a workday and I could not answer the call, the parcel failed to reach me. There was a confirmation email sent to me by SHEIN the seller and it was stated as delivery successful with my authorisation. I have also checked with my neighbours, my doorstep and shoe cabinet but no parcels were to be found. I’m utterly disappointed as I have not signed for anything and no one was home at that time of delivery. This is truly unethical of DPEX delivery personnel to sign and falsify information on my behalf. I only had missed calls from the said delivery guy at this of 8874 4124. However, I could not answer the call as I was at work. As mentioned, before the delivery took place without anyone at home and a CALL should have been made BEFORE attempted delivery for me to instruct the person to place it at my doorstep and not AT THE POINT of delivery as all actions wouldn’t have been possible if I was uncontactable and in this case I was. What is the point for me paying for EXPRESS SHIPPING for the items to reach me before Chinese New Year and yet it couldn’t reach me coupled with the public holiday period and I have no choice but to wait for the following week which is of no use to me already. With utmost dismay and discontentment, I would also like to file a complaint with DPEX. This is outright unethical and a disgrace to a lousy delivery courier company Tracking #555943182351
Claims nobody was home
Really disappointed. I have been at home all day due to the COVID lockdown in London, yet somehow nobody was home to receive the package lol. How is this possible when you don’t ring the doorbell?? There is no for the UK so frankly my package is in their hands completely and it’s up to them when they decide to deliver it. Nervous also as my package costs around £135 so I really hope there is no theft attempt occurring. I wish companies would state what company they’re using because I would’ve gladly payed more for a more secure option. Hopefully I can receive my package.
I won't ever use this service again
They promised and charged us for delivering my parcel from Pakistan to Australia in 5-7 working days... Its been a month and the tracking number is bullshit. My parcel was in Singapore for 10 days.. Then it went to Hong Kong and stayed in there for another week... Everytime they just write "In transit to destination "but the parcel is moving around the whole world and not reaching to me in Australia since a month... It was a parcel which was marked as urgent and they promised to deliver it in maximum 5 days... I won't recommend anyone to use this service.
