Excellent service
Dpex kept me informed via tracking the entire time my purchase was in their hands from Hong Kong to newcastle. Final delivery was by toll.
Totally useless. Avoid at all costs in my opinion
I am still waiting on a package from Pakistan (to Australia). It has been 17 days and supposedly has been "in transit" for the last 7 but the website still shows the package as being in Pakistan. Compare this company to DHL and there is no comparison. DHL have way better tracking information and can manage to deliver a package within 5 days in the middle of a pandemic! DHL have done that 3 times in the last 5 weeks and so that is not a fluke. DPEX are extremely slow, provide a crap tracking website and never respond to any emails. I would hate my business to be connected with theirs in any way. I will not deal with any vendor that uses them. It will now be a standard question that I ask. You use DPEX? Well sorry vendor but I am not buying anything from you.
never ever use this company
such a big liar, when i track my parcel it shows that the delivery was failed because no one home. My house always got someone at home. Then now they not reply to my messages, have no idea when they ship it again. The worst service ever

Irresponsible delivery
No delivery but suggested consignee not home. And I can't find the service to explain. I still don't know when will I receive my parcel.
Unprofessional Service
First, the tracking of my item was incorrect and second the delivery guy was really unprofessional. He first gave the incorrect parcel and then was very rude when returning back with my original package. I will suggest everyone to never use this service.
