absolute garbage
tracking has not been updated for 5 days 9 days from mainland china to hong kong I could have flown from the uk and back my express delivery was 6 days no response to emails from a business point I would be out of business if I operated as badly as they do have advised my Chinese supplier not to use this shambles of a company again or they will lose my buisness

Horrible courier service experience!!
I ordered an item almost a month ago from an online seller, and I was anticipating for its arrival every day. I was given a tracking number which tracked perfectly its route. Then things got busy and I forgot to track my item. It said to allow 5-8 working days for the item to arrive. It had been more than two weeks and I had not received the item yet. And so I checked the tracking. FYI, the seller uses DPex to courier things to Australia. I had not heard of this shipping company. THEN, this peculiar thing happened. It stated along the tracking route that DPex delivered the item to my house but I was not at home. Hence the item was sent to an alternate address which was not stated in the tracking route and I never supplied any alternate address in the first place! There was no note or any message left at my place. I started to suspect that all these were a scam and I tried contacting DPex online, and found out that it had no contact number and the message could not be sent (how stupid!). After several minutes of anxiously trying to solve this annoying issue, I came across a Facebook page where people shared similar experience with DPex Australia, which is horrible because apparently DPex has no Australian customer service line and is managed by Toll and I had to contact Toll Priority at 131 531. AND FOUND OUT THAT THE ITEM WAS SENT TO A NEARBY NEWSAGENT. How annoying!!! I finally retrieved my item from that store. That was my first time buying something from this seller. And I had no other experiences prior to that. But with DPex shipping things to Australia, it gets offhand and it's truly annoying for us customers to search high and low for our items when they cannot be traced where they have been sent to. Either be efficient, reliable and trustworthy; or you risk losing customers by this super bad courier service. I've lost trust in Dpex's efficiency in delivery because I feel the whole thing is a crap and it does not meet any high standard shipping company's quality. For once, stop telling customers lies that they are not at home and not providing the address of where the items are sent. This is totally unacceptable and DPex is making a fool of its customers!! NEVER USE DPEX! Hopeless and useless company!
Very irresponsible and super bad courier service
They just wasted my money. My seller shipped my product through this company. Firstly they noted the mobile number wrong and then harassed my seller to the highest extent possible. Threatened the seller to charge undue amount for their mistake. Then I called the courier being referred by my seller. Their customer service is worst possible. They took the correct number from me later. And promised delivery within 2 days. Then a lot of days has passed and I don't have any clue of where my parcel is. In total from the purchase this has been more than 2 months. I left hope now. I think I threw 1250 THB into water. Never use this scam. My tracking number was 247900349933.
The WORST experience.!
Will never order from anyone using this service, package never arrived despite the promised shoo-in date. Called twice and had the worst experience with rude representatives. Absolutely no customer service/value. Stated the order was coming, promised a new time, still nothing.
