Packlink Tracking Details

TrackingMore is a third party parcel tracking tool (also known as multi-carrier tracking tool) which supports online parcel tracking of worldwide 477 express and postal couriers. You can enter a tracking number, air waybill (AWB) number or reference number to track & trace a single international or domestic package, use CSV upload or restful shipment tracking API to track multiple packages.


If you check statuses of bulk international parcels shipping via Packlink, TrackingMore will display all tracking details in one place, from both origin country and destination country.


You can subscribe email delivery notification in the Packlink shipping tracking result page to auto send you alerts once there is an update of your order status.

Terrible Service
You have to actually try and put effort into being bad, to be this bad.
Do not use packlink, they will charge you after 1 months without permission from client side , they just scammers, they scammed me !!!!! I did order from them they calculated amount witch i have to pay i did payment and after 1 month they just changed me without communication with me !! Guys do not use them if you care about your money and bank cards, they can use your card details when they want !! Only scammers can charge you without permission
Worse delivery ever. Don't use it
My father sent me a parcel two months ago, after being chasing it, as the delivery was not on time, we received the box completely damaged, even with a hole. All the products were damaged or broken. I claimed to PackLink for the terrible services and after more than a month they said they don't proceed with the claim as it was an alcoholic bottle inside. They don't care about damaging the creams, clothes and shoes my father sent me. Really disappointed. Awful company.

Rubbish service. I used Packlink service first time and definitely not using anymore.

SPANISH: Ofrecen un seguro de paquete por el 4% de la suma asegurada en la versión normal de packlink. Si crea una cuenta pro, este seguro cuesta el 1% de la suma asegurada. Es una diferencia sustancial. Pero ese no es el motivo de mi crítica. Si un paquete se pierde, lo que desgraciadamente ocurre a menudo con packlink, le devuelven el valor asegurado en un plazo de 5 días según su propia condición. Desgraciadamente, he tenido que llegar a la conclusión de que incluso después de 5 meses de un paquete perdido, packlink no quiere reembolsar la cantidad asegurada de 150 euros porque no pudimos indicar el peso de cada uno de los artículos que había en el paquete. Sólo podíamos indicar el peso total del paquete, y teníamos la prueba de que el mensajero había venido a recogernos el paquete. Según packlink, esto no es suficiente para devolver el paquete perdido. Quieren fotos del paquete antes de enviarlo. No se menciona en ninguna parte de las condiciones que tengas que hacer fotos de todo. Quieren facturas de todo lo que había en el paquete. Quieren saber las dimensiones de cada uno de los artículos del paquete y el peso de cada uno de ellos. Mientras tanto, ya estoy ocupado durante 3 días enteros para arreglar todo de acuerdo con sus deseos con el fin de obtener un reembolso de 150 euros. Cada vez hay una razón diferente por la que no pagan. Así que piénsalo bien antes de enviar algo asegurado a través de packlink, porque si el paquete se pierde, no te devuelven nada. ENGLISH: They offer a package insurance for 4% of the sum insured in the normal version of packlink. If you create a pro account, this insurance costs 1% of the sum insured. They want to know the dimensions of each item in the package and the weight of each item. In the meantime, I am already busy for 3 whole days to arrange everything according to their wishes in order to get a refund of 150 euros. Every time there is a different reason why they don't pay. So think carefully before you send something insured through packlink, because if the parcel is lost, you get nothing back.

Terrible service
One more thing, suspicious that all positive reviews seem to be written by bots. Just look at the language and the content.. Personally very disappointed as not only they don't do their work properly (delivering on time), and lacking any contact with the customer (no info on that), but lie about their actions (or lack of) and make the contact very difficult and unhelpful
