Wrong Door again
Received Yodel parcel intended for neighbour (just posted thru our door) and not our parcel. Our parcel delivered to another neighbour. Parcel clearly had our number on and courier would've seen it right in front of his face by the front door.
Poor service
Very poor service from customer staff. Driver damage my gate worth over 2k. It’s took over week to report this to damage team. They made everything to avoid responsibility. They asked me to prove how driver come into my property. He admit he didn’t make any damage. So to come on my priority he need jump over 2 meter fence/gate.
Rubbish deliveries
Yodel have had our parcel of flower bulbs for over a month. They keep saying they have tried to deliver. We are isolating due to recent hospita operation. They say they have left a card. No sign of one. We have tried and tried to get problem resolved. DHL delivered today no problem. Hermes have delivered recently. Yodel really do not try.
Delivered to the wrong address
I contacted them 4 times regarding my parcel and they still delivered to the wrong address
Disgusting service, lying driver who did not attempt to deliver
Lying Yodel driver, terrible service Horrendous and unprofessional service with a lying driver. I really do not understand why any company would employ a driver who lies about attempting a delivery and leaving a card when this driver was not anywhere near our house. Yodel must obviously not care about professional service that is trustworthy and reliable. We would not use Yodel for those exact reasons.Yodel must be unaware that customers are actually using the tracking information and can see when a driver acts unprofessional and lies about attempted deliveries.
I wish there was less than one star !!
terrible experience . They are lying in front of your face by saying that they will send the parcel again but they never do!!! Also they can at least ring you if they have already atttended and you are not there. THE WORST COMPANY EVER !!!!
Worst Parcel Delivery Service EVER!!
Yodel delivered my very expensive laser cutter and as it was Covid time they left it on the doorstep, 4 feet away from the pavement and a major road and surprise, surprise it got stolen. Yodel aren't interested and have told me to get my seller to make a claim on Yodel. Meanwhile I am out hundreds of pounds. Cheers Yodel you shite service.
Terrible Company Do Not Use
This is what their chat room said Your parcel was out for delivery on 16 Sep 20 at 09:49:31 hrs. And it was due to be delivered to you between 09:27 to 11:27. But the driver got delayed on his route due to which the time was updated to 14:40 to 16:40. However, it seems like the driver was already out of your area by then because of which the parcel was brought back to the depot, where this was scanned to be sent back to the seller. So they cannot be bothered to even deliver parcels
